General Information for the visitors about the PCC shops' and outlets' Obligations in Products and Services Offer

All the centre’s  shops and outlets are obliged to make sure that all the products sold by them are visibly provided with information about producer or importer and supplier respectively, as well as provided with information about amount, quality, date of production, expiry date, manner of usage, maintenance and keeping of these products. All the PCC’s shops and outlets are obliged to unequivocally inform the customers about the prices of the products sold, or services offered valid at the moment of the offer.

All the PCC’s shops and outlets are obliged to give due information about the range, terms, and manners of setting up the claim for responsibility for products‘ and services‘ defects – sales returns, including the information on where the sales return can be claimed for and about the carrying out of the guaranteed services.

All the PCC’s shops and outlets are obliged to accept responsibility for the defects of the products sold, or the things provided. If it is not the products, which decay quickly, or second hand products, the shopkeeper is responsible for defects that occur after the product has been taken over, in guarantee period, which is 24 months, if the special directives do not state otherwise.

The relationship resulting from products sales or services provision are closely modified mainly by the enactments of the law no. 40//964 Coll. in reading of the further regulations – Civil Code of the Slovak republic, law no. 634/1992 Coll. in reading of the further regulations about the consumer protection.

Visitors are obliged to put their claim for reclamation of the products‘ or services‘ defects in the outlet where the products was purchased, or a wrong service was provided.
